How to prepare

Place contents of one bag with 110 degree water and olive oil in a bowl. Mix by hand or with a stand mixer, using the dough hook, until all combined. Knead for 6 minutes on low speed with a stand mixer using the dough hook or for 10 minutes by hand on a non-stick or lightly floured surface. Place dough in a lightly oiled bowl and cover with plastic wrap and let rise until double in size, 1-2 hours. Punch dough down and divide into 3 equal size balls for three 8 inch pizza rounds or makes one 14 inch round pizza. Cover with plastic and let rest for 10 min. or refrigerate until ready to use. Flour a ball and roll out. Top with your favorite pizza toppings. Pre-heat oven to 450 degrees and bake for 10 – 12 minutes or until bubbly. Dough may be made ahead and kept frozen up to 1 month.
