Semolina (durum wheat, niacin, ferrous sulfate, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), milk, Hook’s 3 year cheddar, unbleached wheat flour (wheat flour (niacin, iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), butter, mozzarella (pasturized milk, cheese culture, salt), asiago (cultured milk, enzymes, salt), parmesan (pasturized milk, cheese culture, salt), salt, spices.

How to cook

Heat in a microwave. Remove outer sleeve and open lid slightly. Heat on high for 3 minutes and let rest for another minute. Remove the lid from the tray. CAUTION, STEAM IS VERY HOT! Enjoy!
