Classes: Cooking With "Peter Pasta"

Passion! That is the word that comes to mind when I get in front of a group of people to teach. Whether it is a paid class or a group of students of any age, I love to teach! Food is supposed to evoke emotion and imagination. Food can be looked at like any artist medium, unlimited in imagination. I like to teach the basics of food up to the slight nuance that can make all the difference in a dishes flavor or presentation. I try and keep most of my classes themed on local & sustainable foods or traditional with a current update.
